I run fitness boot camps in Calderstone's Park in Liverpool every Monday & Wednesday. Sessions are run outdoors in a group environment. Get into shape, lose weight, and seriously increase your fitness levels in weeks! Since the beginning of January I have had 5 clients approach me and inform me since starting they have all lost over half a stone each! I even have 2 clients who are hitting the stone mark! Session times are 6.45 - 7.30pm. *To get a free 'taster' session start your email/message with "LIVERPOOLCLASSES.CO.UK" £4 per session £30 per block of 10 sessions.

I am an Adult Education Art Tutor as well as a practicing Traditional & Digital artist. Are you are looking to join an existing art class, I have one at the Childwall Sports Centre on Queens Drive (by the Fiveways) on a Thursday evening 7-9. Hello, I am a British Born Chinese, I can speak fluent English and I can speak Hakka and Cantonese. I would love to learn Mandarin, so if you are good at teaching Mandarin, please contact me at Gunboundpr0@hotmail.com I have found a couple of chinese schools in Liverpool but they are held on Thursday and Saturday evenings which clashes with my work :( I hope somebody can help me or point me in the right direction. Basically I would just love to be able to listen and speak basic mandarin so that i can have basic conversations, I can not read chinese much chinese characters either but it's not my main concern although if I could read, it would've helped Kind Regards Michael

Hi,I am a qualified zumba instructor I run classes in Lverpool Elliot Clarke studios L8 5SL on Tuesday evenings 6pm-7pm. Skemersdale Ecumenical centre Tuesdays 12-12.45pm. Scarisbrick village hall Wednesdays 7-8pm.these classes will be back to normal from 1st November 2011 after my holiday. all welcome no need to book, just turn up.
