Soul Concept offers a number of holistic and spiritual therapies including Reiki Healing & Reiki Training, Meditation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), life coaching, past life regression, reflexology, Hypnotherapy etc. My aim is to help you achieve your "change for life" through spiritual life coaching techniques and therapies.
I have evolved Soul Concept into existence as a consequence of 22 years of experience with facilitating individuals and groups who want transformation in their lives and to reclaim their personal power. I have a strong background in business, management, marketing and sales before I started my journey to change my life and embrace my spiritual self.
The intent for this website is to create a sacred space to share with you all the possible ways you can change your life so you can reconnect with your vision and live your dreams. My intuitive creative style is suited to those on a spiritual path from the complete beginner to the experienced light workers. I run my practise and all my training courses from Widnes in Cheshire.
The foundation of my work is spiritual which allows a higher and very often quicker transformational experience for you. Being guided energetically can mean that life changes can be more powerfully achieved at a much deeper level.
The blend of grounded change interventions such as NLP and Life Coaching with my spiritual processes offers an accessible approach and gives the opportunity for; releasing outmoded beliefs, emotions, behaviours and aspects of your self-image which no longer serve your growth. I have been honoured to coach, assist, support and witness many people and groups in their own unique journeys of personal discovery, empowerment and magical transformations.
I offer many key techniques that nurture your development and changes such as Meditation which I consider to be the foundation of a strong sense of “I” (self ) and personal empowerment and vitality. The Circle of Meditation Classes are therefore available for you to attend. I also provide Reiki Training for the beginner to Ascension and Chakra Courses to give the opportunity for you to progress and grow.
